What age range do you see?

I see individuals 18+

• I have training in disorders across the adult lifespan

• In addition, I received specialized training in clinics:

  • focused on disorders of aging (e.g., mild cognitive impairment/mild neurocognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease, vascular cognitive impairment)

  • focused on diagnosis of neurodevelopmental disorders in adults (usually in their late teens/early 20s)

What does a neuropsychological assessment entail?

• A free consultation call to determine appropriateness

• An intake/interview to discuss important background including your cognitive symptoms, onset, and course

• Neuropsychological testing

• A feedback session where you will be provided with the resulting neuropsychological report and will discuss results and recommendations

Do you accept insurance?

I am not in network with any insurance company through Bernier Neuropsychology, PLLC. However, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits for "non-participating providers," and I will provide a superbill that can be submitted for possible reimbursement.

Pricing

Rates will be discussed during the consultation and I will provide a good faith estimate following the intake.

Where are you located?

In person offerings are primarily conducted at my office in Dover, NH. Telehealth services for therapy are offered for individuals located in the state of NH or within states belonging to PSYPACT because I hold an active APIT (Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology).
